Artists of The Year 2025

How exciting as a new and emerging artist, to not only enter, a large and established Artist competition, with the Visual Artists Association amongst thousands of entries, but for one of my entries 'Waterlilies' to be chosen within one of their first ad reels. 

I was completely shocked when my name was tagged to their ad reel. But why should I be shocked? Because I'm a new and humble artist, like most, struggling to get ahead and be recognised. Waterlilies was inspired by the beautiful waterlily pond at Bodnant Gardens, North Wales. I wanted to capture these beautiful vibrant pink or white flowers amongst the stunning colourful lily pads, shades of greens, purples, yellow and orange. All sitting in the still blue waters of the lily pond, with soft ripples from the breeze.
