Featured in VAA Promotional Video and Longlisted for Artist of The Year 2025

Entering your very first Art competition can be very daunting, but what great delight it was to see my Waterlilies painting featured in VAA promotional video for Artist of the year.  You can see their video here. 

I was also fortunate to be longlisted for new and emerging artists. Onwards and upwards! 

Applying for Art competitions helps you gain recognition, it helps to promote your work. Although I didn't win, more people now know about me because of the Visual Artists Association. And because I am a member of the VAA, it was free to enter. So nothing lost.
